Miller on Abortion
|
• Tom supports life from the moment of conception.

Miller on Afghanistan
|
• Miller will bring all U.S. troops home, except for the necessary personnel needed to support Bagram Airfield. This base is vital for our Middle East deployments.
• He believes that with a 70% illiteracy rate and a per capita income of less than $1,000 per year, we cannot buy, force or educate a change in their ideology, even though we are spending $240 million every day trying.

Miller on the Budget
|
• Miller will not authorize an increase to the U.S. debt limit (ceiling).
• He will amortize the estimated $16 trillion deficit over 30 years and assign the repayment of this obligation as a mandatory fixture of the Federal budget.
• He will order a full audit of the Federal government.
• He will immediately terminate all bailout and tarp programs and recover our money.
• He will de-fund the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010.
• He will privatize and sell off the assetts of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, along with the other Departments and agencies that belong in the private sector.
• He will offer all citizens the option to opt-out of Social Security and return their money back to them.
• He will permanently cut Federal wages (except military) to bring parity with the private sector.
• Once these objectives have been completed, Miller can factually balance the budget, even if it requires sacrificing the wants of today for the needs of tomorrow.

Miller on Business & Labor

• Miller will terminate the Federal minimum wage and let the free market establish pay rates.
• He respects that the role of the Federal government is limited to providing the regulations and oversight for the protection of workers/businesses from criminal wrong doing, while supporting our free market system. The Federal government will no longer be a third party participant or competitor of our free market.

Miller on Capital Punishment

• Miller is a supporter of capital punishment.
• He will remove priveledges from our Federal prisons.
• He will ensure sure that individuals who are imprisoned will not be able to conduct illegal business activities while incarcerated.

Miller on Civil Liberties

• Miller defends the Constitution of the United States of America and the rights, liberties and freedoms of all American citizens equally and without preferential treatment given to any individual, business or group.

Miller on the Deficit
|
• Miller understands that the National debt is a threat to our National security and the status of the U.S. dollar as the world reserve currency.
• He will not authorize an increase to the National debt limit (ceiling).
• He will amoritize the National debt into a 30 year loan and assign the repayment of this obligation as a mandatory fixture of the Federal budget.
• He will order a complete audit of the Federal government.
• He will stop paying off debt with debt (quantitative easing).

Miller on the Economy

• Miller sees firsthand with his travels that the U.S. economy has been reduced to a base of service, assembly, debt and consumption.
• He will re-empower, once again, the American people with the freedoms that they need to rebuild our economy back into being a producing Nation.

Miller on Education
|
• Miller believes that since the Department of Education has taken the U.S.A. from a #1 world education ranking to the 24th place over the last 35 years that the responsibilty of educating our children should be placed back into the States control.
• He will reduce the Department of Education to a limited position of establishing National standards only.

Miller on Energy
|
• Miller knows that we have the resources (both natural and renewable), the technology and the manpower within our own borders to be energy independent.
• He will repeal the Federal mandates, quotas and subsidies for energy and support the free market to bring the best and most efficient products to market.
• He believes that by spending $1 trillion annually on energy domestically instead of spending that money overseas, the United States will begin a 21st century industrial and manufacturing revolution.
• He believes that America can not only become energy independent within the next 10 years, but that we can become a global supplier of energy.

Miller on Guantanamo

• Miller is a supporter of Guantanamo Bay. It will stay open and its detainees will never touch U.S. soil.

Miller on Gun Control
|
• Miller is a supporter of the Second Amendment.

Miller on Health Care
|
• Miller will immediately de fund the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 and support its repeal.
• He will support the world renowned Mayo Clinics proposals to reform health care that were submitted to and rejected by Congress in May 2009.
• He will reform tort laws and malpractice insurance.

Miller on Immigration

• Miller knows that legal immigration and the assimilation of immigrants has been a cornerstone to our greatness and our unity.
• He also understands how illegal immigration is financially overwhelming many States, dividing our country and threatening our National security.
• He will resolve the immigration crisis using the policies and regulations that are on the books today, without amnesty and within 2 years.
• He will prosecute any Mayors and their respective Governors for providing "sanctuary" to any illegal immigrants.
• He will authorize the constuction of the physical border fence that is needed to protect the American people and our country.
• He will order the immediate deployment of the armored personnel along our borders sufficient to stop all illegal border activities and to protect the border construction projects.

• He will support the decisions that Israel and its people make as a democratic ally.

• Miller will terminate the Federal minimum wage and support the free market to determine private sector wages.
